I was stuck here too:
I was like you - self-aware and spiritually curious and hungry for real transformation. I was stuck in cycles-relationally, emotionally, professionally and yearning for something different. I wanted to live aligned with God's truth, but fear and shame kept me locked down.
Deep down, I new I was made for more but didn't know how to get it. All of this was rooted in an identify of shame and lies I kept believing--until I learned how to move from stuck to whole. And I want to guide you into becoming all God has for you.
In 2012 the Lord asked me to do what I know how to do-- lead women, teach, train, coach but do it for Him. I wasn't quite sure what that was going to look like. Then life took huge turns I didn't expect and I quickly learned over a seven year span of transitions. He met me at the intersection of my darkest valley of fear and slowly restored me, rebuilt my passion so I could rise out of the ashes and into His greatests call for me. Go and tell. So I am.
